In every electric commercial vehicle, the battery is the component that sets the limits. NEWBASE thermal management units are built for this task. Using liquid cooling to draw heat away from the battery and reject it through an integrated condenser, each unit keeps temperature even across the pack, so no single module becomes a hot spot. An optional heating circuit supports cold-weather operation, and CAN communication lets the system respond automatically to the vehicle battery management system in real time, adjusting cooling and heating as conditions change.
