The NEWBASE NBRV-300 is a purpose-built compact three-wheel electric refrigerated cargo vehicle designed for narrow urban streets and lighter daily payloads — filling the gap between hand-carts and larger refrigerated tricycles.

The NEWBASE NBRV-300 brings professional cold-chain capability into a footprint small enough for the tightest urban alleys, community lanes, and mixed-traffic zones. With an overall length of just 2,990 mm, a 1.5 m³ insulated cargo compartment, and a 250 kg rated load, the NBRV-300 is purpose-built for small operators, community grocery restockers, and light urban distribution where larger vehicles simply cannot fit.

Compact Footprint, Full Refrigeration Performance

Don’t let the compact size fool you — the NBRV-300 carries the same professional rotary DC compressor refrigeration system found in NEWBASE’s larger tricycle models. It maintains two independent temperature zones:

• Refrigerated mode: 0°C to 10°C — fresh produce, dairy, cold beverages, pharmaceuticals
• Frozen mode: −18°C to −10°C — frozen foods, ice cream, seafood, meat

Cooling from 25°C ambient down to −18°C takes approximately 30 minutes, supported by a 75 mm polyurethane (PU) insulation layer that holds temperature steady throughout the delivery day. The system’s IP65 protection rating guards against dust and water splashes in all-weather operation.

Zero-Emission Urban Mobility

Powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 60V 58Ah battery pack, the NBRV-300 delivers 80–100 km of driving range on a single charge — enough for a full day of urban delivery cycles. A top speed of 40 km/h and 15% climbing ability handle typical city gradients and overpasses, while the 6–8 hour overnight charging window fits naturally between shifts.

Front and rear drum brakes, reinforced leaf-spring suspension, LED headlights, and turn signals round out a safety and comfort package suited for professional daily operation. A digital thermostat with integrated temperature display lets drivers monitor and document cabin conditions in real time — essential for temperature-sensitive cargo such as vaccines and fresh produce.

Built for Small Operators

The NBRV-300’s cargo compartment (1,500 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm) features color steel plate panels, LED interior lighting, an anti-slip floor, and a convenient side single door. An optional dual-temperature partition lets a single vehicle carry both fresh and frozen goods on the same route — a meaningful efficiency gain for mixed-load community deliveries. Available in white, blue, or custom colors.
