The lineup covers two installation styles. The NBEPAC-2.5 is a split rear-mounted system: the condenser (76 kg) is backpack-style mounted on the cab rear wall while a compact indoor evaporator unit (16 kg) sits inside, delivering 2,500 W (8,600 Btu/h) of cooling through a rotary DC compressor with a variable speed range of 2,000-5,500 RPM. The NBEPAC-3 is an integrated roof-mounted unit weighing 68 kg total and rated at 3,000 W (10,236 Btu/h), compatible with both DC 12 V and 24 V vehicle electrical systems.

Both models use R-134a refrigerant and copper-tube aluminum-fin heat exchangers. The condenser airflow of 1,800 m³/h (NBEPAC-2.5) or 1,200 m³/h (NBEPAC-3) ensures fast pull-down even in hot climates, with a temperature control range of 15-30 °C adjustable via a 3-grade blower speed selector. System noise is rated at ≤21 dB — quieter than the ambient hum of most truck stops — and an optional intelligent sleep curve tailors the temperature profile through the night.

The optional lithium-battery pack (AWE024220B1, 4.2 kWh / 28 kg or AWE024280B1, 5.3 kWh / 31 kg) fully charges while driving and powers 5-9 hours of continuous cooling — enough for an entire night’s rest. Compared with idling a diesel engine (roughly 2 L of fuel per hour), the PAC saves fuel, cuts emissions to near-zero, and eliminates engine-hours accumulation. Additional comfort features include an electronic fragrance system, negative-ion air purification (≥1,000 ions/cm³), and multi-level intelligent battery protection with -40 °C cold-start capability.
